Implantology

Precise 3D-controlled navigation for safe implantation

At ZAHNMEDIZIN BOGENHAUSEN, state-of-the-art minimally invasive surgical techniques are used to precisely insert dental implants. Thanks to digital volumetric tomography (DVT) and three-dimensional planning, we simulate the procedure beforehand, allowing for optimal determination of the size and position of the implant. In close collaboration with our dental laboratory, a virtual model is created that helps ensure the perfect fit of the implant and protect sensitive structures.

Computer-assisted navigation makes the procedure particularly precise and gentle on the tissues. Using a template that is customized based on data from DVT and intraoral scanners, we place the implant exactly at the previously determined location in the jawbone. This reduces the risk of deviations and ensures high stability and durability of the implants: a proven and gentle procedure with excellent long-term results.

State-of-the-art technology and surgical procedures allow us to successfully treat even complex cases: Should the bone volume in the jaw not be sufficient, special procedures for bone reconstruction nevertheless enable the safe anchoring of the implant. In this way, we provide our patients with durable and reliable implants – functionally and aesthetically optimally integrated into their dental situation.

Process of your implant treatment

  1. Consulting and diagnostics: Detailed discussion, 3D X‑ray (DVT) and AI-supported X‑ray analysis.
  2. Digital planning: virtual implantation on the computer and production of an individual drill template.
  3. Navigated implantation: Gentle intervention under local anesthesia, exactly according to plan.
  4. Heal: The implant fuses firmly with the jawbone. If necessary, you will receive temporary care during this time.
  5. Dental prosthesis: The crown, bridge, or prosthesis from our dental laboratory is fitted precisely onto the implant.

How much does a dental implant cost?

The costs depend on the number and type of implants, any bone reconstruction that may be required, and the type of dental restoration chosen. Before each treatment, we provide you with a transparent treatment and cost plan. Statutory health insurance companies pay a fixed contribution for dental restoration. Dental supplement insurance and private health insurance often cover a large portion of the costs, depending on the plan. We are happy to discuss your individual situation in person.
