Google reviews
On our „Patient Voices“ page, we display reviews from our Google business profile. To do this, we use the WordPress plugin „Rich Showcase for Google Reviews“. The review texts are stored on our own server. However, when the page is accessed, the profile pictures of the reviewers are loaded directly from servers of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your IP address is transmitted to Google, and a transfer to the USA is not excluded. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Jameda Siegel
On our sites, we use plug-ins from jameda GmbH; Balanstraße 71a; 81541 Munich. Below we describe how your personal data are processed when you visit our practice website, which has integrated the online appointment booking widget or the Jameda seal.
A widget is a small window that displays variable information. While the corresponding content is displayed on our practice home page, it is actually retrieved by the jameda servers at this moment. Only in this way can the current content always be displayed, especially the respective current patient experience report. For this purpose, a data connection must be established from the called-up website to the jameda servers, and jameda receives certain technical data (access data) that are necessary to deliver the content. However, these data are only used for the delivery of the content and are not stored or otherwise used. The Praxishomepage does not store access data due to the integration of the widget. Due to the integration, data is transmitted from access data to Jameda GmbH and subsequently to its hosting service provider. The data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the content and is then deleted afterwards. The data processing is carried out under the joint responsibility in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR with the respective practice. Your data subjects rights under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR can be asserted against both parties. Data processed: IP address; other access data (such as user agent, referrer, information about the used browser, device and screen resolution) Purpose: Forwarding to us; display of the widget on the website of our customers Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR The legitimate interest pursued by Jameda GmbH: displaying the widget and on our customers’ websites Storage period: until the legal basis ceases to apply. Further information on the privacy policy of Jameda GmbH can be found here. https://www.jameda.de/datenschutz.
Sharing content on social networks
The content on our pages can be shared on social networks such as Instagram or in the Google corporate profile. We have not integrated plugins provided by the social networks Facebook, Instagram or Google. There is no automatic transfer of user data to these platforms.
Our social buttons only enable direct contact between the networks and users when the user actively clicks on one of the buttons. If the user is logged in to one of the social networks, a notification window will be displayed when clicking on the Instagram or Google social buttons, allowing the user to edit the text before submitting it.
As a user, you can share the content of this website on social networks without the complete browsing profiles being created by the operators of the networks.
