Dr. Fabian Stiller plans a dental reconstruction on the articulator

Dental restoration

Honest advice. Carefully planned. Precisely implemented.

Perhaps you have put off treatment for a while. Perhaps your older fillings and crowns are worn out, or you already have a plan that leaves you more uncertain than convinced. One thing to note: that is completely normal, and you are in good hands with us.

Your own teeth cannot be replaced by anything else. That is why we proceed in a clear order: first treat the causes, then obtain what can be obtained, and only then replace them. We base our approach on current scientific guidelines and the prognosis for each individual tooth.

For you, that means: We only recommend what really helps your teeth. And if there’s less to do than you feared, we’ll tell you that openly too.

Understand first, then treat

Good renovation starts with a careful diagnosis. To do this, we use technology that reveals more than the naked eye:

  • 3D X‑ray (DVT) shows bone, root and nerve paths in three dimensions
  • AI-based X‑ray analysis (X‑ray Insights) objectively evaluates each X‑ray image
  • Intraoral scanner replacing the unpleasant imprint with a digital scan
  • ZEISS surgical microscope reveals the finest details at up to 35x magnification
  • Gums, bite and jaw joint we always look at it together

We discuss all findings with you on screen. You see what we see and decide on a clear basis.

All departments in a practice

When undergoing a renovation, several specialist fields often come together. With us, you don’t have to go from one specialist to another. Dr. Fabian Stiller plans your treatment personally and remains your point of contact from start to finish:

  • Root treatment under the microscope: Our focus of activity is to ensure that your own teeth remain
  • Gum treatment: the stable foundation for everything else
  • Implants: Planned on the computer and set to navigate gently
  • Crowns, bridges and prostheses: from our in-house laboratory and our Munich partner laboratory
  • Invisalign: when newly placed teeth make subsequent restorations more gentle
  • Functional diagnostics: for crunching, tension or jaw joint problems
  • Prophylaxis: Our dental hygienists and ZMP will then ensure that your results last for a long time.
  • Aesthetics: Whitening or veneers as a beautiful addition, just as you wish

Frequently asked questions

How much does a dental restoration cost?
It depends on the findings and the chosen treatment plan. After the examination, you will receive a detailed treatment and cost plan, usually with several options. This way, you know exactly what you can expect in advance, without any surprises. If you wish, you can pay the costs in installments through our partner BFS health finance, conveniently.

Will my insurance cover the costs?
Private health insurance and dental supplementary insurance reimburse a large part of medically necessary services depending on the plan. If you submit the cost plan in advance, you will receive a written confirmation of reimbursement. We are happy to help you with any questions regarding submission.

How long does a renovation take?
Depending on the extent, some weeks to several months, especially if the implants need to heal. During this time, you will wear an attractive temporary appliance to help you feel comfortable.

Does everything have to be done at once?
No. We plan the big picture and like to implement it step by step, as is medically sensible and fits into your schedule.

I already have a treatment plan from another practice. Could you take a look at it?
We are happy to do so. We will conduct our own investigation and provide you with an independent, honest second opinion.

I am rather anxious when I go to the dentist. Is that a problem?
Absolutely not. Just tell us. We’ll explain every step, working slowly and at your own pace.

Let’s get to know each other

The first step is a personal conversation. We take the time to answer your questions and show you the options available. After that, you don’t have to decide anything; in any case, you’ll leave with more clarity.
