Full-Mouth Restoration

Honest advice. Careful planning. Precise execution.

Perhaps you have put off treatment for a while. Perhaps older fillings and crowns are showing their age, or you already have a treatment plan that leaves you more uncertain than convinced. Let us say this first: that is perfectly normal – and you are in good hands with us.

At ZAHNMEDIZIN BOGENHAUSEN, we begin by taking time for you. We listen, examine you thoroughly and explain calmly what we see. Together, we then develop a plan that suits you – whether for individual areas or a complete restoration: evidence-based, easy to understand and tailored entirely to you.

Your own teeth come first

Nothing can truly replace your own teeth. That is why we follow a clear order: first treat the causes, then preserve what can be preserved – and only then replace. Our approach is guided by current scientific guidelines and the prognosis of each individual tooth.

For you, this means we recommend only what genuinely benefits your teeth. And if there is less to do than you feared, we will tell you just as openly.

Understand first, then treat

Every good restoration rests on a careful diagnosis. To that end, we use technology that reveals more than the naked eye:

  • 3D imaging (CBCT) shows bone, roots and the course of the nerves in three dimensions
  • AI-assisted X‑ray analysis (XRAY Insights) provides an additional, objective evaluation of every X‑ray
  • Intraoral scanner replaces uncomfortable impressions with a digital scan
  • ZEISS operating microscope reveals the finest details at up to 35x magnification
  • Gums, bite and jaw joints are always assessed as well

We discuss all findings with you on screen. You see what we see – and make your decisions on a clear basis.

Every discipline under one roof

A restoration often brings several specialist fields together. With us, there is no need to go from practice to practice. Dr. Fabian Stiller plans your treatment personally and remains your point of contact from start to finish:

  • Root canal treatment under the microscope: our core speciality, so that you keep your own teeth
  • Gum treatment: the stable foundation for everything else
  • Implants: planned on screen and placed gently using guided surgery
  • Crowns, bridges and dentures: from our in-house laboratory and our Munich partner laboratory
  • Invisalign®: when straightening teeth first makes subsequent restorations more conservative
  • Functional diagnostics: for teeth grinding, muscle tension or jaw joint problems
  • Preventive care: our dental hygienists and prophylaxis assistants then help to ensure that your results last
  • Aesthetics: whitening or veneers as a finishing touch, just as you wish

Frequently asked questions

How much does a full-mouth restoration cost?
That depends on the findings and the treatment you choose. Following your examination, you will receive a detailed treatment and cost plan, usually with several options – so you know exactly what to expect in advance, without any surprises. If you wish, you can spread the cost in convenient instalments through our partner BFS health finance.

Will my insurance cover the cost?
Depending on your policy, private health insurance and supplementary dental insurance reimburse a large proportion of medically necessary treatment. If you submit the cost plan in advance, you will have written confirmation of cover. We are happy to help with any questions about submitting it.

How long does a restoration take?
Depending on the extent, anywhere from a few weeks to several months – particularly if implants need time to heal. During this period, you will wear an attractive temporary restoration so that you feel comfortable.

Does everything have to be done at once?
No. We plan the bigger picture and are happy to carry it out step by step, as is medically sensible and fits into your diary.

I already have a treatment plan from another practice. Could you take a look at it?
Of course. We will carry out our own examination and give you an independent, honest second opinion.

I tend to be anxious at the dentist. Is that a problem?
Not at all – just let us know. We will explain every step and work gently, at your own pace.
